The British Columbia Tourism Resiliency Network (BCTRN) is launching a new series of online learning for Fall 2021, including three (3) offerings:
- BCTRN Online Learning Day: September 28
- Change Management Workshop: September 29
- Wildfire Resilience Roundtables: Throughout October, one for each of the five regions
This online learning series will deliver high-profile, high-value thought leadership that will inspire and guide tourism operators to improve product and business acumen, while addressing key challenges and solving real problems
These offerings are free to BC tourism businesses registered in a tourism resiliency program. Any tourism business can still register in the BC Tourism Resiliency Network in order to participate in this online learning.
All sessions will be recorded and will be shared through the BC Tourism Resiliency Network online learning portal at www.tourismresiliency.ca

Special Presentation: Travel 2.0. – Lessons Learned on a Return to Travel

Session #2: Reputation Management 2.0

Authenticity and transparency are key factors to retain guests and visitors and attract new ones.
Session #3: Creating a Path Forward
